Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to retail merchandise purchased directly from the desk at Vitalpurify, 140 Broadway, New York, NY 10005. It does not describe class bookings, which are handled separately at the desk.
Eligible items
Unopened apparel and accessories in original packaging may be exchanged or refunded within fourteen (14) days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt or order reference. Items described as hygienic (for example, socks once removed from packaging) cannot be resold and are not eligible for return.
Processing refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. If the payment system cannot reverse the transaction, we may offer store credit documented on a printed voucher.
Defective merchandise
If an item fails under ordinary studio use due to a manufacturing issue, bring it to the desk with purchase proof. We will inspect the product and, when appropriate, replace it with the same SKU or offer a documented credit.
Non-returnable digital references
Printed schedules or QR codes distributed free of charge are not merchandise and have no refund value.
How to start a return
Visit the desk during posted hours or email contact@vitalpurify.world with the subject line “Retail return” and include purchase date and item description. We reply with neutral instructions without promising a particular outcome until we verify the purchase record.
